  • For Sale: #80, #83, And #21 Big Jugs

Hey guys! I purchased some #80, #83, and #21 from ADS a few months ago and didn't realize exactly how much I would need. I have the one gallon sizes of both the #80 and #83 and the 64oz. size of the #21. The #80 and #83 are about 90% full and the #21 is about 80% full. I'm looking to sell them all together. They retail for over $100 combined and I'm looking for about $75 OBO. Please email me if you are interested.

I know you'd like to move them all at once but, I'm not in the market for 80 or 83 (I have a gallon plus of both)... I might be interested in the 21 separately. Let me know.

I know what you mean... I guess I must have gotten one right for a change.

I purchased the same products at the same place and opted for only the 12 oz. sample size of #80 and #83. I was pretty sure they'd work as discussed on the forum, but I wasn't sure how much I'd use. I haven't used #80 or #83 yet, but I've used the #21 once and learned that a little goes a long ways. I ordered an empty dispenser bottle for the #21 and probably use about 4 oz. of it, maybe less, for one coat.

I'm going to try the #80 and #83 soon and I suspect my follow-on purchase will be for the 16 oz. even though the larger size is the far better deal--if you're going to use it up.

BTW: What's the expected shelf life of these products?

Rockpick, if the combo doesn't sell, I'll consider selling each item separately. Black Diamond, please PM me directly with your zip code for a shipping quote. Hagfan, I believe the average life span for these polishes and waxes is up to five years. You might want to double-check the Meguiar's FAQ area though.

              I lurk.

With a baby on the way in July, several house projects going, and my 'real' job, I'm a little thin on time. Of course, the house projects were my brain child - only I am to blame for that time consumer.

I'm still detailing on the weekends and have a steady base of customers -- the word of mouth referrals are making it such that I'm having to really balance my time and have actually turned down a few jobs as of late. It's a good problem but, I hate doing it.

I had a 2006 BMW 745 lined up for this weekend and the owner backed out about 2 hours ago on me... oh well. My truck needs some TLC considering that I haven't polished or ANYTHING since JUNE of 2006!! Needless to say, the ole' Black KR is looking a tad rough.
