  • wtd: sample of #82

Anybody willing to send a fellow Meguiar's a small sample of #82. I've tried #83 and #80, but haven't got all of the swirls removed. a recommendation was to try #82. however, I don't want to purchase a bottle until I'm sure it's going to work.

if your willing to help out, pm me or post it here!

If 83 or 80 didnt remove the swirls, 82 will not, it is much less aggressive than 83. I would suggest another go with the 80, its usually very effective at swirl removal unless they are very severe.

But what if #80 is the one causing the swirls? That is the case with my car, however, those would be called buffer-swirls I guess, not just ordinary swirls..

I'm looking forward to using my #82 that I got last weekend...

I second what RedSoxFan said.. if 83 didn't work for you, you may try ScratchX. Either use a rortary or live with it..

Well it depends on the type of swirls you are talking about. If it is micro marring on the finish, it could be bad technique with the 83/80. However, # 80 is fairly mild, you could try it with a finishing pad and see if that helps.
          Are you using a rotary?
