I just noticed that Quick Wax bottle says it can be used wet or dry. Has the formula changed? Does it work more like Eagle One Wax as you Dry? Or does it mean you can spead it on a wet car and still have to buff it off?

Quick Wax on wet cars.

Our Spray Waxes work the best on a dry car, it is possible to mist some on to a wet car, (after washing and rinsing), and then dry the car off using the kind of polishing cloths you would use to wipe wax of, in other words microfiber polishing cloths or terry cloth towels.
You can't use chamois, waffle weave, or synthetic type drying cloths as now you are removing both water and wax.
After drying the car off you will then need to come back and do some final polishing to remove any wax smears or haze.
