So I was detailing my own car with the g220 and M105, got AWESOME results! very very pleased with all the products I used.

One issue I had is with the M105, I guess I did something wrong, maybe chose the wrong pad? I used M105 with the red pad W7207:
I got lots of dust when cutting through the paint, I mean A LOT of dust, a few things I would like to mention in order to make things more clear:
1. I use enough product, not too much, not too little. applying the shape of an X on the pad.
2. I do a section at a time, like 45x45cm I guess.
3. Used the G220
4. Cleaned the pad using a brush I have (not a meguiars product, couldn't get this one at the store) like every 2-3 sections.
5. worked with a wet pad, just sprayed it with some quick detailer every now and then (same with the brush here-couldn't get the final inspection...)
6. dust was mainly while working... only a bit when removing it later.
7. outside temp was like 30c but i was working in the shade with ventilation. you wouldn't get better than that
8. speed set on 4-5
I assume I did something wrong, maybe th quick detailer can't replace the Final inspection? of maybe too large area? maybe didn't clean it enough while working?
I would be glad to hear what you guys think, I got great results but cleaning all this mess from the dust was a hard work.
Note: I read this thread: http://www.meguiarsonline.com/forums...dust-with-M105
But still my case is a bit different...
So let me know what you think, I got my dad's Buick le-sabre waiting for me, and I don't want to repeat this error
Thanks,
Sahar.
