3000 RPM and Meguiar DAPS

Hi, so based on the specs, Meguiar recommends drills of 1500-2500 rpm range. I heard its suppose to be a common household drill speed but apparently my Bosch drill runs up to 3000 rpm. Is it still safe to use Meguiar DA Power System?


oh and I'm living in Malaysia which uses UK standards, could that be why my RPM is higher then common US household drills?

Not a problem at all, you'll be perfectly fine. The DA Power System has a step down gear in it so you won't be putting the full speed of the drill directly into the paint. That would be bad, so we made it safe!
