12-24 hours between coats of wax is always best, if possible. Or just give it as long as you can.

Will it be ok if I just apply the UQW every month as opposed to applying the UPW? I'm concerned because my car is a dd and it sits outside all the time.

Well, best would be to have a good coat of the liquid/paste wax on the car, and then UQW after each wash.

This is exactly what I'll be doing in the near future. I did a coat of UQW and I'm very dissatisfied with the results. This is the second time I've used this product, this time sprayed some on the cloth as suggested on this site as well as on the car and it left the finish covered with streaks that were harder to buff out than any paste wax I've ever used.Ended up only doing the top of the car. Made the plastic trim look good though, this product will never touch the painted surface of my car again. As soon as I have time it will be dawn for dishes and a coat of UPW. Like most things in life, the easy way is not the best way.
