Re: 64oz. NXT Car Wash availability

It looks like it's discontinued Deaner5. Ultimate wash and wax is very good...so I will use that - along with some other brands. I tried gold class wash recently...I hated it. Smells terrible too. Over rated product in my opinion.

I think I have a bottle at home. Should have bought more when it was still available.

I heard that NXT has water softener in it. True? I have been using shampoo plus, and seems working good

I found and bought the last 5 64oz bottles of it at a NAPA. I'd check there.

Has a little bit of something to help with hard water.

Blue Apollo, maybe give the deep crystal a shot. It smells freaking awesome and is half the price of gold class. I've been using it for a long time and have been more than satisfied. I recently picked up a bottle of gold class and honestly I can't tell a difference

Thanks for the tip...but I just decided to go with Ultimate Wash and Wax from now on. It's good stuff.

Well I am going to modify this a tad. After washing a couple cars using Gold Class I washed my truck yesterday with some of the Deep Crystal that I had left and I did notice a difference. Gold Class gives A LOT more suds than Deep Crystal does. I felt I had to dip my wash mitt twice as much than if I would have used Gold Class. Deep Crystal is a good soap, don't get me wrong, but from now on its all Gold Class for me!

I'm miffed at this. It's a drag that my favorite Meg's products get discontinued with no warning. Yeah, the smaller bottles are still available but they are much pricier.

                      nxt wash was great.
Regretfully, I never picked up any 64o jugs. I remember seeing it at all the local parts stores and were all gone over night.

Well...NXT wash seems to be completely gone now. Anyone find any on discount at any retailers? I'm thinking there has to be a supply somewhere. I am still using UW&W...but I like to bounce back and fourth between shampoo just for a change of pace.

As much as we love your passion for this particular product, it's something that just never got really wide distribution. We'd love to be able to have the power to dictate who carries this or any other product in our lineup but it just doesn't work that way. Once retailers stop carrying something, for whatever reason (usually too many product choices and not enough shelf space) and even online carriers can't move it anymore, that usually sounds the death knell for that product. Unfortunately, that's the case with NXT Car Wash as it has been discontinued completely.
