While there is some distant relation between BDB and M188 Deep Crystal Coating, it is quite a distant relationship. As for future products....... you never know what we're working on.

Very nice review, but I would want to see something with a lot more brake dust than this.

Like you said, if you wash your rims every weekend or two weekends, I think it would be pointless to have either one. However if you go without washing the rims for 1 months or something, then I would like to see how easy it will be to wash off brake dust.

Non the less, great review.

Thanks everyone for the kind words! I really tried to show how great this product works.

I really wish my car dusted more. There was a recall for this vehicle to replace the pads because the original dusted way too much (consequently wore out way too quick - rear brake pads were gone @ 20k miles). I had the recall done so that's why I don't see a lot of brake dust. I apologize for that. I hope you know that I drove 1,640 miles to accumulate the brake dust and waited a month. If there's anyone who's willing to lend me their German vehicles, I'm all open for doing another review!

I have a perfect vehicle for you, my '97 M3. Front rims accumulate twice as much dust as you did in a month lol. I wish you lived closer, to do a test

Great thread. I just cleaned and coated my winter wheels with BDB prior to summer storage. Did you notice the BDB to NOT have the silky smooth texture after drying that a nice wax or sealant tends to have?

This product definitely works! It provides you with a coating that lasts a long time and will help clean up your wheels a lot easier. It lasts a long time - definitely more than your traditional wax applied on the wheels. I will definitely use this product from now on so that my wheels are fully protected. You need to try this product out. It's worth the money and you won't be disappointed.
