  • NXT Speed Detailer and dust...

I tried looking for this on a previous posts, but didn't find anything. Anywho...is the new speed detailer o.k. to use on a dusty surface? I have never used a quick detailer like this due to the possibility of marring and micro-scratches.
I actually tried this the other night and didn't find any fine scratches. Anyone else have experience with this?
Is there actually some wax in the detailer due to the new technology? Thanx

All quick detailers including the new Speed Detailer are for removing light dust, fingerprints and smudges. In an emergency, you can use them for removing bird droppings.

If the dust is not light or loose on the surface, (as in it is a film on the surface), then you should wash your car to prevent scratching it.
