  • PlastX Formula Change?

So, I just received a bunch of Meg's Self Cleaning Dispenser Bottles, and started transferring some of my products into them from their original containers. When I pulled out the PlastX, I noticed that the PlastX in two of the bottles was a very light green (or turquoise), while the PlastX in the third bottle was white. All three bottles are identical in appearance, and they were purchased between 2008 and 2010.

Did the formula for PlastX change in that time frame? Given that they're all the same product, and labeled identically, I would assume that it's safe to mix them, but the difference in color caught me by surprise.

I am going to venture a guess that you mixed in a bottle of ColorX by accident, hence the light green color into your PlastX. PlastX has always been white. Can you check the bottle? Is it scented differently?

No ColorX... I've never owned that particular product. I definitely didn't mix in a bottle of anything else by accident... Straight from the PlastX bottles to the new dispenser bottles. They smell slightly different, though both have the same consistency. The green stuff is perhaps a shade lighter than Hyper Dressing.

My Plastx has a slight blueish tint to it. I've been using the same bottle for about 3 years now.
