I have a black charger has minor scratches in the paint what would be a great car wash and wax for the color black?

Without additional information on your car, I might suggest the Meguiar's New Car Kit. It has some basic supplies that will clean and wax your car.
The Ultimate Wash and Wax is a very good wash. I find it lubricates so well the mitt seems to glide over the paint.Kit Contents:

Dry: Water Magnet MF Drying Towel (X2000)
Wax: Ultimate Wax (6 oz)

The Ultimate Wax really speaks a language that black paint understands.
