  • UW vs NXT 2.0 vs M21 .... which one for white pearl ?

I am running out of NXT 2.0 paste, which I have been happy with result of shine and minor swirl on my white pearl color paint. After hearing many good things about UW, I am kinda interested to give it a try, but wondering about few things ........

    1. Which one will provide better shine one white pearl color?
    2. Which will be easy to remove
    3. I use to wax the whole car before wiping it off. Will UW be a trouble wiping off after 20 min of drying? ( I have heard people saying it needs to be wiped off quick after application, like 5 min? ).
    4. Which one provides longer protection?
    5. Which one works good with DA?
    6. Which one hides minor swirl better?

    Thanks for sharing your opinion!

I am waiting on the answers to this too. I have a white pearl 350Z that I used NXT 2.0 on last time. Now I'm wondering whether I should give Ultimate Wax or Gold Class Carnuba a try next. Obviously on a darker color I think UW will give a deeper wetter look, but on white it's hard to say what the difference will be.

I can answer #3 and #4 because I do know that UW lasts longer than NXT 2.0 and that the longer you let it sit, the easier it becomes to wipe off.

If you're a big fan of paste wax and you really like NXT Tech Wax 2.0 Paste, then we're pretty confident that Ultimate Wax Paste will make you very happy. While we often recommend a short dry time for the liquid version of Ultimate Wax, the same is not true of the paste version. Go ahead and cover all the painted surfaces of the vehicle and let it dry for 15 - 30 minutes depending on humidity and temp. Wipe off will be very easy and on your pearl white car it should make that paint really pop.

Keep in mind that only the liquid version will not stain trim - some of the things that make a paste a paste can still stain that trim.
