Does UQW wash off in the rain?

I used the UQW on my car in the evening shade and the next day there were a bunch of splotches and areas that looked like the UQW was misted on, but not wiped off. The next day it rained for a half hour or so and all the blemishes are gone.

Did the UQW wash off and leave behind the coating of M21v2? Or did the rain just even out the UQW?

Probably evened out.

I agree. The polymers probably evened out.
