I did the 5 step process a couple of week ago and used two coats of NXT 2.0 liquid to finish it off. My questions are, would it be ok to go over my car with the Ultimate Quick Wax spray to bring back a little shine? Will it strip the NXT wax? Would it make a difference if I used the NXT quick spray wax instead?

Yeah, you can use UQW after your next wash. Need to be used on a clean surface.
And the UQW is better than Nxt Spray wax.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue -

Welcome to MOL.
You can use UQW on top of any wax as a booster.
If you used NxT Tech Wax 2.0 just give it at least 12-hour cure time before spraying UQW.Comment
