ColorX Question

My ColorX has small white colored particles in the liquid. They are various sizes up to about 1/16", even if shaken for a couple of minutes.

The particles seem to break down, but is this normal for ColorX?

ColorX should not have that type of consistency. Call me tomorrow and I will take care of it. I'm in the office on Saturdays from 7-3 PST.
