I had the same problem at Advanced Auto. I asked the store manager and she said it was not selling very good. But the comments she said she was getting from other customers that the NXT was the best out. I certainly think it is. They were selling half off the Tech Protectant and the NXT Spray wax. I bought up all they had. They DO carry the NXT wash and a few of the new products. They also have a great selection of other meguiars products.

Why not just order it online? Depending on where you buy it, you may not have to pay taxes (helps cover the shipping), and you save time and money "not" driving around looking for it. Plus, some places offer discounts if you are a member of certain car-care forums.
Of course, I know that some people just don't like to order online............ and I certainly understand that.Boss_429

The Gold Class is definitely a lot more slippery on the surface and offers the highest lubricity feature of any of our car washes. If this is feature that's important to you than go with the Gold Class.
I personally like the NXT Car Wash for its sudsing, I don't know why, I just like suds when I wash a car. I think for the extreme purist, if you're trying to take care of a flawless finish and using premium quality washing mitts, etc. then the slickness and lubricity that Gold Class offers would be the way to go.
It's all about personal preference and Meguiar's offers you a choice depending on what you like best. Sometimes that mean buying and trying a couple of product before you can make up your mind and dial in your own system.

nxt car wash
I couldn't tell ya, I haven't used the gold class, but I can tell you I have used many a shampoo and nothing even comes close to this. Even the bomb pop smell brings up memories of childhood. It is VERY thick and does seem to help a little with the water spots. It also seems to help with the shineYea, I'm a red hot beaner!!

Autozone doesnt have the wash anymore in my area, and walmart has it on the back shelf for 5 bucks?
Has the production of the soap stopped?
Come to think of it, there was no gold class soap at either store.
I picked up 2 bottles at Wally World already, i might go back for 2 more.
AutoZone did have the Deep Crystal wash, hows that compare to GC and NXT? Is it harsh on the wax?

NXT is my favorite car wash. IMHO it helps a lot with the water spots and does a great job of cleaning. It leaves the surface nice and slick too. Gold Class is pretty good though. If you are looking for Gold Class, go to Target. They usually have it for $9.95 per gallon.
Meijer's just started stocking NXT Car Wash. Wal Mart has it but it is near the end of the aisle like it is going to be on clearance.
The NXT at Wal Mart has a blue color rather than purple, so I am assuming that is a new version?

I prefer the GC... get it at Target in the gallon jugs never seen wally world or auto zone with GC. Provides the slickest surface that I have found when washing. Leaves a deep looking finish, much better than Deep Crystal!
I have yet to try the NXT car wash only because I like the GC so well and have no reason to change.Brandon

Here is a post from the early days of MOL and NXT wash. Link to thread. Please excuse my lack of grammar in that post and my comparsion using early NXT wash.
Mike,
What happened to your other websites?
Newport Viper,
I have never had GC wash foam or sud as shown in pictures? What was the process for filling the bucket? It almost looks like the head on a beer with all the suds.
