  • Quik Detailer Bottle left in the car swelled

gotta tell somethin to you guys, i left my quik detailer bottle in my car(it was almost in the end), and it stood in the sun all morning, i think the inside of the car has reached the temperature of 122 degrees farenheit. The bottle swelled a little bit, if it was full for sure something worse could happenned. got to be more carefull from now on.

look the difference between them. You may leave it in our car, but don't leave your car on the sun for a long period of time, like more than 5 hours. In this case i left my car on the sun all morning and since its new i haven't tinted the windows yet.

i would never leave any of my detail sprays in my trunk....I was thinkin of getting a little cooler bag or small duffle bag for my sprays & MFs and leaving it next to my shoe rack by the door.
Just grab it on my way out the door??...now just to remember to grab it when I come home & not leave it in the car.....lol tough life eh?

Wow....I've never seen something like that happen. I keep a few items in my trunk for spur of the moment detailing needs..and never had a problem in the summer with them. However, they are shielded from the direct sun.

I've never had a problem with it either, I'm guessing he might live somewhere where it gets REALLY hot, like a desert climate or something.

Yup, I'm sure it gets fairly toasty in Brazil in full sun!

This happened to my older bottle of some one of three step paint restorers from meguiars. I don't remember what it was called, I think it was called crystal polish or something.. IDK. But don't leave your bottles in extreme heat lol
