  • NXT Glass Cleaner & Rain-X

I'm a huge fan of Rain-X on my windshield and recommend it to anyone. My understanding is that it puts some sort of polymer coating to do the magic that it does.

I'm also impressed with the new NXT glass cleaner and it says that it uses the ESP polymers to do its job. Are they left on there as a coating?

So you can see where I'm going here... I always wonder if my glass cleaners strip off Rain-X; and with this I also wonder what role ESP has in the NXT glass cleaner. Does NXT leave a coating as well? It all looks good in practice and seems to act fine, but I'm curious.

I usually just put the NXT tech wax or AIO on my windshield. Works great

I used NXT glass cleaner on my ski goggles the other day and they seemed to bead up when the snow melted on them. I've applied the glass cleaner to my car windows as well, but I haven't driven it since to test the performance.
