So excited, Ultimate Wax arrives at Meguiar's U.K. on line, so have the order places, should arrive Tuesday, the shock though is the pricing, £26, that's $43
yes double the price in the U.S.

Meguiars UK give great service and quick delivery but we do get ripped off in the U.K.

Does any one know if there is an on-line Meguiar's seller doing international shipping, I have searched but no success yet !

AutoGeek ships to most places. I was a kid in a candy store with my wish list, micro fibre was a quarter the price we pay in Canada. Got my Ultimate Polish and the UW.

Thanks guys, I will check them out, especially as our exchange rate is better now.
I have a friend in Toronto, but if its that expensive there then still not an option to get him to send stuff over ! Not sure if I will get stung with import tax as well though.

If you buy 4 products from this guy you only pay £1.99 p&p. So I had no choice Ultimate Polish x3 and Ultimate Wax x1 .

I agree in the UK we pay a lot more. But I use a few companies like Shinerama based in the UK. Autobrite direct for snow foam lances buckets etc. Also Halfords.But they only stock the basic Megs products. If you reserve online with Halfords and collect instore its 3 for 2. Great for Gold Class Shampoo/Ultimate Detailer/Ultimate quick Wax/ Smooth Surface clay kit etc...

I have a bit of a dilemma this w end. Help my friend detail his car including wet sanding stone chips. Or try out the new Ultimate polish and wax .

What colour is the car you will be working on?

Oh dear, the thought of wet sanding would worry me, I remember doing that to a 205 GTI I restored many years ago, virtually rescuing it from the scrapper, turned into a great track day car, but my aptitude for sanding and painting wasn't great !
As I type this I have a coat of UW drying on my car in the garage, its on the metallic red Toyota RAV4 in my avatar photo, first impressions are I like it a lot, smells nice, goes on easy and spreads a long way, as in the forum, a even thin coat seems to be the key, did the bonnet earlier and some very light smearing can be seen when wiped at right angles to the light reflections, but im guessing that will have cured by the morning. I may try to apply with the DA over the weekend. I also have the girlfriends Avensis estate to do, clay, de swirl, polish and seal, but that lives outside so will have to wait until it warms up a bit.

I'm fine with wet sanding the key is take your time and as usual use the least aggressive to get the job done. 3000 grit to start with and see how I get on.

I have decided to do a full write up with pics on how to wet sand stone chip repairs. As most people are scared. As Mrs Rappy said when I did a few on mine last year " sandpaper on your car. You must be mad"

205 Gti dont even get me started. I have had a few and I had the ultimate a standard looking 205 with an Mi16 lump with a few engine mods. It was running on twin webber 45's. GTi 6 gearbox. Top Speed it would go off the clock. 0-60 around 5-6 secs. It was a peach. Guess what car I have detail in a few months?

Your Rav4 looks a nice colour. Look forward to some pics.

Hey, I'd be over the moon to get UW for $43. Here in Australia it is between $52 and $59, which is the same in USD terms. Its pretty outrageous but we're paying more for everything here.

...Hence why I get my products shipped over from Autogeek. I thought you knew about them Slicked?
