    Can anyone tell me what is the equivalents of the Professional Line to the OTC line?
    M105 = ?
    M 205 = ?
    I'm so confused on those products.
    I recently purchased an Porter Cable DA and 5.5 pads and which pads would I use to take out lite swirl marks in clear coat.

    Re: Confused

    Both M105/205 are now available OTC in 8 oz bottles.

    However, they might still be in limited supply.

    There are no direct correlations between the pro line and the consumer line, but I would suggest using Ultimate Compound in place of M105 and SwirlX in place of M205, both of which are readily available at most retail outlets

      Great question...The closest would be

      M105 = Ultimate Compound

      M205 = Ultimate Polish

      Keep in mind, they are not the same products as the "Pro" but certainly the closest OTC "like minded" product.

        thanks Mike for clearing it up. I couldn't figure it our because they don't sell those items in the auto stores that I go to. I see the glaze products I believe that it is mirror glaze.

              See the chart here for some guidance. The white LC pad is roughly equivalent to our yellow while their orange is sort of between our yellow and burgundy.

              Generally speaking you'd want our yellow pad for the Ultimate Compound to handle your main defect correction, then step down to a black pad for Ultimate Polish.
