I dont say this often about a product, but I think I am in love with this stuff. The application is so seamless and results are very reflective and silky smooth.

For an OTC product, I am absolutely amazed. But then again, it is a Megs product.....

Troy, we think you'll be surprised at how durable and long lasting the polymers in UQW are - very impressive for a spray wax. Nice too that it doesn't stain trim. One of our favorite demos of that feature is to just unload on a pebble grain plastic mirror until it's literally dripping on the ground below the mirror, and just walking away.

I like using Ultimate Quick Wax on my rims after every wash.

It's quick and easy.

The brake dust and road grime tends not to stick as much after using it.

In terms of UV protection they're probably pretty close, but Ultimate Protectant is going to have other ingredients in it that will better serve plastics and vinyls in the long run. UQW is really more of just a coating, and coatings tend to wear off or degrade over time. UP does more for those materials than merely coat them, so for long term use we'd recommend UP.
