Is Gold Class getting reformulated?

I was at Target and noticed the Meguiar's Cleaner Wax in the tin cans. I opened it and noticed it was a caramel color as opposed to creamy white. I can only assume that it has been reformulated to meet V.O.C. requirements.
So my question is, will Gold Class be reformulated or is it already compliant with V.O.C. requirements.
While we're on the subject, I'm also curious as to whether #26 will be reformulated. I already know #16 has met it's demise with the V.O.C.

Gold Class has been reformulated to be V.O.C. compliant, and also to improve performance. All Meguiar's product that are not being discontinued will meet the new V.O.C. regulations.

Is there a thread where this is discussed?

Is that right, #16 has been discontinued for that reason?
