  • "Old" NXT vs. NXT 2.0

I know that NXT 2.0 beads longer than the "old" NXT, but is the "old" stuff as durable as the new. Sure hate to just throw out a couple of tins of the "old".

I'll be using "whatever" on my wife's brand spankin' new white Tacoma TRD Sport applied by hand rather than a pc. I want to know exactly where I put the wax the first time around.

NXT 2.0 is more durable than the original version plus it contains hydrophobic polymers that are not found in the original. It's still good stuff, and a couple of light coats will still serve you well as a routine waxing regimen.

If you want to upgrade to NXT2 don't throw out NXT1. Give them to a friend!

I'm not a big fan of wax that "beads". I'd much prefer one that "sheets". I'll keep the "old" NXT. Sorry, friend.

Agree, but it's also nice to see your car beading water when it's raining outside. It just rained here in Las Vegas about two days ago, and I cannot stop looking at my car through the window.

The Beeding effect is absolutely why I used NXT 2.0, UQW, UQD, and UWW. Mostly though the layer that does most of the work is the boost with Ultimate Quick Wax.
