    Hmmm... never tried that one. You talking like 110? I'll have to try it.

    When vinegar hasn't worked in the past, I've had good luck progressing to a stronger acid. Wheel cleaner, liquid fallout remover, or even a thrown together mix of oxalic acid.

      I used Bar Keeper's Friend. Make a soupy paste with tap water. Dip a MF in the solution, wipe of the window, clean with a wet clean cloth and BOOM! Maybe follow up with a little glass cleaner (I use white vinegar/water). Cleanest windows I've ever seen. It's erie looking out of them because you don't even see them.
