Hello. First post ever. I recently bought a 2010 black Ford Fusion. It was used from a Ford auction and had 13,000 miles on it. When I bought it from my local dealership it was in need of a bath and cleaned interior. The salesman told me he would have it cleaned at the dealership.
I have noticed now though that if the sun catches the paint just right there is a haze to the finish. If you inspect it up close you cant see anything wrong with it and feels smooth to the touch. So I am just curious what this could be. Buffer swirls???
So I was it with the deep crystal car wash all the time and today I washed and dried the car off and was told by Meguiar customer service to use the Ultimate Compound on it after the wash but I still notice the slight haze when the sun catches it just right after the application. So I am wndering if I am using thr right product or how to go about this problem because I would like to resolve this before the end of fall so I can slap some NXT wax on it. Just curious if it needs multiple treatments, different product, new paint
I was using moderate pressure and wiping off with a Microfiber cloth also and using a second for the final wipe. Thanks for the help....Im probably gonna need it.
