    Cover??

Only thing I can think of is the cover.....
He keeps it covered all the time. Maybe not allowing the NXT to cure???
BTW I met Mike last Saturday when he was here giving a seminar. Very well done!

      Hi bunker,

I have forwarded your post on this thread, let's see what I get back. I probably won't hear anything for a day or two.

Until then, it might be worth having your friend apply another coat, then leave the car uncovered for 24 hours if possible.

Does he own a garage? Or does he cover it because he doesn't own a garage. (A lot of people cover their cars in their garage).

Yes, He keeps it covered IN the garage.
Says haze appears in about a day. He wipes it off and a day later it reapears.
He just applied a coat of Gold Class over the NXT in hopes of stopping the problem.

I would say let it breath for 24 hours until the product cures. The roof of my car is black, and I've never had an issue with hazing. My car is kept in a carport at night (damn apartment living!) which I guess is better than nothing.

            Hi Bunker,

Here is what I would recommed. Do this before you try applying the second coat. If there is any hummidity in Az. this may be contributing. Wash the car with any of our car wash products and dry. Let the car sit out side for a short period of time after. This will allow any possible oils that are still remaining in the paint to rise up to the surface. On a cool surface in the shade wipe the car down with our Quik Detailer/ MF towels using long back and fourth motions to wipe. Leave the car uncovered for the day. This should correct it.

I think it is a combination of the product, that does have polish in it along with the fact that the car is covered. That combined with where he lives. This would be pretty hard to duplicate, but I think my recommendation will correct it.

            Keep me posted..

              Thank You

              PendragonZ, Tom,
Thanks for the input. I'll pass these tips along to him.
I've never had this problem personally, but I've never put NXT on a black car.
