  • SwirlX on Plastic... WORKS!

    Success!!

I posted about my recent find of a Set of Centerline Convo Pro and that for the most part they were really well kept. Just needed some clean up.

I got 4 Center Caps with them and they had the Standard Oxidation Film on the Plastic Emblem.

Sorry about no Pics as I did a test spot with tape but the difference was DRAMATIC.

All i did was put a dab on the emblem. Working in a circular Motion with a clean Terry cloth. Then Buffed/Wiped Clean and the Oxidation was instantly gone!!

I even noticed in a certain light that the Center Cap emblem has fine Metallic Flake, not just prue black!

I guess that goes to show, to use the least aggressive product as possible!

Awesome did you take any pictures that you can share with us? Glad too see it worked!

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

    I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
    Remove swirls my friends.

Like getting laid with your dream girl. I sorta rushed in and went too quick.

When they get dirty again I will post some up. It looked like yellowed oxidation on the plastic. I taped and worked the SwirlX in and then took the tape off and it looked nearly brand new.
