Can you use Nxt over color X ? I have Nxt and was thinking about using Color X as a pre wax prep. Also can Color X be used over Nxt. I wanna use Color X to remove the old Nxt, and prep the finish for a fresh coat of Nxt. This way if I can't get to the Nxt final step I still have protection in the mean time.

you could do it...
ColorX is used as a mild cleaner for maintaining your finish as it is able to remove light defects such as mild swirls and mild water spots..
so the steps would be
1. wash
2. Clay - if needed
3. colorX
4. wax - NXT 2.0

I have topped Color X with NXT 2.0 several times. It looks great.

I just did a similar combination on my car today. Since this was my first post-winter detail, after claying and using UC, I used Color-X topped by 21 2.0. It looks great and is slippery as heck.Don

absolutely. ive used NXT over ColorX on my moms car and it comes out great..ColorX alone leaves the finish really bright..topping NXT over it only makes it that much better. it really is a great remedy for daily driversAddicted
