    Re: Natural Shine...just a question

Ok i will tell you what i Do, i spread 8 hits of NS on a mf and start wiping one door panel for a test i use the same mf for all the plastic in my interior, then i wiped off with a clean mf reduced the shine like 50% i guess that the acumulation of NS on the microfiber could make the shiny effect?

    Sorry for my english...

Sorry you didnt like it as much... I dont think you will get a product lower in gloss, that still has a lot of protective ability.

That said, 8 squirts could be a bit much for one door....

i think that every week that i wash my car and use QID the gloss will be less, do you think 2 squirts can be enough for a panel? i was thinking of using until the microfibre doesnt have product gave it one more squirt to mantein less product/less shine

Not that I have counted, but I dont think I have gone past 3-4 full squirts. Esp once the cloth is saturated, you should need less.

8 squirts ? wow thats a lot..you only need about 2 squirts to do about a whole door, on average that is...for the dash about 4 squirts..what i do is spray my product onto a foam applicator pad and work it in the from there..you definitely used a lot of product and thats why you have so much gloss than you expected..basically, use the product sparingly

You could probably try Hyper Dressing diluted 4:1. It spreads very easily and leaves a very matte finish. Heck, sometimes I don't even remember where I apply it because it's that lite.

Detailers clean places nobody see. Detailer see's things nobody else see. But if you ask a Detailer to see how a dress looks on a woman, they are blind.

I have detailed a couple VW's. The dashes do not shine up. They are matte finished. No other product will probably make them shine more than what you've already done.

                      Re: Natural Shine...just a question

I agree with the others 8 sprays of Natural Shine is probably too much. Another idea is spray your MF or applicator first and use if on parts you might not mind that are shiny like the interior trim around the doors and your feet.

That way you are gradually working of the initial product you sprayed on and have less left on your applicator. If you are using QID to keep everything clean this might help. Let us know how it turned out.
