who to remove -a scratch line

Hello freinds!
Im Andreas from Athens Greece!.. so excuse my english!!!
I ve got a nice car with black metalic color!
Recently i discovered 2- very nice line- scratches about 40 cm long on the top-roof of my car & in the back!
I bought this product Scratch-x ..but the only i was able to do is to make those 2- scratch lines look more visible, because the rest of the surfice is crystal-clear!
What should i do! From what it seems obvious is that this product does not works as it should! and i m very disapointed!

So i was thinking to take it for -paint again..but is very costly!

If there is any opinion or tip by you ..cuys..i would apreciate!

Can you feel the scratches with your nail?

no the scratch is only seen with eyes!. You can not feel it with the hand & it is not deep as far as i understand!
Thats why i thought that -scrattch -x wpold do the job
I will try to take pics!..

Most folks usually dont quite apply it right the first time. But some pics may help make sure you are on the right track.

íve seen those videos ..before! so i m quite familiar...lets say!
I tried to post a pic but there is no ..upload function into the forum..window!!so how to post?!!
.....my scratch is inside ......somehow but not feeling with the hand..is like a light line...going through!
the strange is that from the drivers = side you do not see it....if you go around from the passengers side then it appears ..like a light-line on the dark color!....
Another strange is ...the more i apply...as the around surfice becomes..more vivid then the line appears...more bright..than ever!!
Its .. case..study///this ....type of scratch!!!
...............There fore there are 2- types of scratches!
1) like is shown in the videos...from external materials..when they live...paint or something else on the color!
2)The ____INSIDE____SCRATCH.....

You can uplaod the picture to your gallery here, then use the little yellow square to insert the link to the gallery. Being new, the pics may need aproved as well.

Hmm hard to tell from your description. I have had some swirls almost look worse before they got better. We'll see about the pics...

yes!..it is very difficult to capture it!
I took a lot of pics!/...but it did not appeard...
