  • Is there any cross over from Pro line to consumer

I am specifically looking at D103 All purpose cleaner and D170 Hyper dressing. I am wanting to get them locally without buying by the gallon.Anything similiar or rebadged for the consumer line? Thanks

You can find other dressings in the Consumer Line, like the Gold Class Trim Detailer. But depending on what you are using it for, it may or may not be what you want.

Why wouldnt you want a gallon of APC?

Do not limit your thinking just to your vehicle. There are many uses for APC in the house also. It is very versatile.

Could be the cost. Not many people have the money to buy gallon-sized bottles of detailing supplies.

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

I understand cost could be a factor... but wax and other things cost more than APC, and for all the uses you'll get out of it, its probably the cheapest product Meguiars makes.

Exactly the APC is ok, but the Hyper dressing is $30+ a gallon. I was just looking for something similiar in the 32 oz range. Thanks

              Hi Slalomdude,

Go to Arizona Detailing Supplies (ADS) autodetailingsolutions . net/d17032.html (no spaces)

They have Hyper Dressing in 32 ounce bottles for $10.99.

Dont buy the empty 32 ounce bottles - just go to your local drug store or Walmart etc. and get a couple of small (8 to 12 ounce is perfect) spray bottles for about a dollar or two each.

Fill one bottle with Hyper Dressing at two ounces of water to one ounce of Hyper Dressing and one bottle with Hyper Dressing at three ounces of water to one ounce of Hyper Dressing.

This will give you the two best of both Worlds as far as shine / matte look and all your out is a few bucks.

Even if you are a "Car Nut" like me, one 32 ounce bottle of Hyper Dressing will last you a LONG time.

              Hope this helps.

              Have a great weekend.

The Gold Class Trim Detailer would work well instead of HD if you had a little trim on the car.

But it wont do as well on wheels, or last as long if you have lots of trim. Not sure I would recomend it for the interior either, which HD could be used for.
