Restored headlights and cloudy again

I have an 05 Hyundai Tiburon and used the headlight restoration kit to clean up the headlights. The lights came out nice and clear. Unfortunately, both lights clouded up again in about 4 days. When the lights get wet, they become clear again, but cloud up when they dry.

Anyone have any ideas here?

Could it be condensation on the inside and thats why they are "cloudy" when wet? Any pics?

Firstly,can you eliminate fogging on the inside?
Did you make sure that there was no product left behind?Was it completely removed?
Did you wipe off the product immediatley,or was it left to dry?
