Meg's APC question

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has or does use the Meg's APC (Green stuff) on their OEM rims? If so, does it do a good job of breaking up the baked on brake dust? I was thinking about using this stuff prior to washing my car with Optimum No Rinse.

I have, but I like the Aluminum (Multi-Piece) wheel wash better.
