I have Swirl X and M105 and I have M205 on order. My question is, can I just use one of those to remove spot scratches instead of getting Scratch X 2.0?

Yes you can. Any of those products could work to remove scratches (depending on how bad they are) -

You know, for me its like I'm thinking... but what if I need "x".
I generally try to follow the "least aggressive" method and in that vain, I figure I need a decent arsenal to attack things. Once I get above ScratchX2, well then it is time for the big dog (M105).----------------------------------
