  • My new favorite combo!!!

I finally got to do a complete detail on my 1999 Blood Red Ford Mustang Cobra Coupe..I used the following product's NXT Car Wash, Clay Magic Blue Clay Bar, Color X, and NXT Car Wax..
    All I have to say, the result's were outstanding..I am receiving a bunch of compliment's on the paint finish from it look's factory new,to I can't belive it's a 99 with 75,000 mile's..

This is what I did. 1. Washed the Mustang with Nxt..dried with with Meguiar's Micro-fiber drying towel..2. Clayed the entire paint surface with Clay-Magic Blue bar and final detail D-51. 3. I washed the entire car again. and then dried it. 4. I got out my Dual Action Polisher with a W-8006 pad..cleaned the paint with Color X entire vehicle..waited a few minute's for the Color X to flash, and then remove Color X with Costco Micro-fiber's 5. Switched pad's and then used NXT Car Wax, again with a fresh W-8006 pad..waited about 15 minute's and removed with Costco Micro-fiber's 6. Wiped down entire paint surface again with D-51 final detail..and I got one really deep, glowing, red paint surface..I could not be happier..I have a digital camer 4megapixel..but I do not know how to upload the pic's..So, I did not take any..

Definately post pics! I'd love to see how the cobra turned out. Any mods? Is color X pretty good stuff?

I'll have to try color-x, i do the cleaner, polish, wax routine. It would be nice to cut it to 2 steps - color-x and nxt and get the same results.
