  • Color-X...water???

I noticed that when I apply the Color-X it pours out of the bottle just fine, and seems completely mixed, but when I rub it in, small "beads" of oil? water? appear briefly on the surface of the car...is this normal?

...and I did make sure it was well shaken before using.

Does not sound normal and to make sure I just went out into the garage to check to see if I noticed anything like it.

Don, I have seen it when applying with a PC, but not by hand. When you rub a little more it goes away, right?

I have also seen it with other products.

Sometimes climate/humidity can play a roll in how things perform. I am on the Mojave Desert and it is very dry.

Exactly, that's why I wasan't too worried about it, just curious...it seems to work fine otherwise. I have a black Dodge Durango Swirl-Mobile I'm detailing in the next few days. I plan in using DACP and following that with Color-X/NXT (or #16). I'll give another review then (+ pics)

Remember, it's VOC compliant. That's one of the great things about these new products; better performance + safer means win/win for detailers and non-detailers alike.

As the light changed from red to green to yellow and back to red again, I sat there thinking about life. Was it nothing more than a bunch of honking and yelling? Sometimes it seemed that way.
