    Re: Disappointment at Target

While a little sad to see that there is no Target package this year, I too have way too many products. I have yet to see the Wal-Mart package, but I don't need the NXT 2.0 either. I probably won't get it even if I do find it, it's about time I start using up some of the stuff I already have.

Not buying something you don't need is probably a good thing.
Being able to avoid buying anything from Wal Mart is also probably a good thing.

          You are probably right.
The fact that they have a dirty store, carts have wheels that don't roll or swivel, are often out of those carts, long lines at the checkouts, (Probably will be about 8 out of 25 or 30 open), uncaring clerks, (Not all, but many), out of stock items, mispriced items, lots of low quality products, (Including name brands that are built to their cheaper specifications), some very incompetent clerks, (again, not all, but many), shouldn't be sufficient reason for me to treat them with anything but the greatest respect.
The Target store in our area is so far ahead of WalMart that there is absolutely no comparison in the shopping experience.
People talk about WalMart's low prices, but on comparable items, even our local independently owned hardware store is competitive.
Meguiar's is available at many auto parts stores at comparable prices as well.
