  • GC Paste Sale & Shelf Life

Kmart is running a clearance on GC paste. The tins are $5 bux each. I picked up two. One for me and one for a friend, but I was wondering how long it keeps? Any storage tips if I decide to go back and buy a few more?

    Just don't let if freeze!

Meg's says 3-5 years but I know I have some older that is fine.

Blue Zero is correct with the 3-5 years & don't let it freeze

In addition with paste, please make sure it is sealed 100% each time you use it. If you do not do this with a paste, air will sneek in and shorten the life by drying out the product prematurely.

From the packing, how do we tell the mth and year manufactured?

Haha! Kmart around here has GC liquid for $2.50 each! Seems to me that it works fine and I have some waxes I have used that were around 5-6 years old with no problems. So I would say Meguiars is dead on.

No freezing, 3-5 years or longer.
