I ordered the NXT Tech Wax, Spray Wax and Protectant direct from Meguiar's. I could only find the car wash locally. I got my order today, but instead of the Tech Wax I got a bottle of NXT car wash. The invoice showed the Tech Wax and not the car wash. One call to Meguiar's and they are shipping me out a bottle of Tech Wax. I guess I'll have to wait a little longer, but the problem was resolved quickly my Meguiar's. Everybody makes mistakes. It's nice to know that they were willing to fix this so quickly. I have only tried the protectant and I love it! It is the only vinyl protectant I have ever used including #40 that offers great results AND smells nice.
