I was afraid this was going to come up sooner or later!
Perhaps you could post this as an idea for a new product, in the New Products Suggestions forum?

I am new to the Meguiars forum. Enjoying the posts.
I like the GC too. However, we have very hard water where I live. It will actually leave chalky deposits if left to dry. I may try the NXT and see how it does. I will still dry with a chamois, but maybe it will help with some of the spots left afterward from trim drips etc...
Note: I realize I need a filter desperately. Thinking about moving soon and don't want to spend the money on it.

Yep. I've done it.
Honestly, I couldn't tell a lot of difference in one versus the other. The sudsing action seemed to be more dramatic versus one or the other product alone (although slight) but, all in all, I couldn't really hammer down a clear-cut difference/advantage/disadvantage.
Like many folks here, I have a couple of gallons of GC along with a bottle or two of NXT wash. On average, I wash with GC one time and then use NXT the next. I really like them both...
