NXT 2.0 just done

Wow this stuff is great! Just did a 6 hour job. Wash, clay, 2 wax coats of nxt 2.0. Have no idea about durability but my car has never been so slick (2006 civic coupe). I think i put it on way too thick cause it was hard to buff off and it took a long time to dry. I waited until the majority was dry (30min) not including the blotches and went for it with 1 MF per coat to give you an idea for buffing. Anyways man, for an OTC product im impressed.

Yeap maybe you applied it too thick because NXT 2.0 is a very easy to remove product. But liked the you loved the product, it's fantastic

yeah, the coat was too thick, it wipes off with barely any pressure

as for drying time, next time you try it, put on a coat, I usually do the whole car at once, which makes 2.0 that much better cuz it's faster, but to tell if the panel is dry, swipe your finger across it, if the wax doesnt streak, but reveals the paint underneath, the wax is dry

Sounds like you applied it too thick. Apply less of a coat and you will really be impressed with how easy it is to remove.

NXT is one of my favorite LSP's I have a list of others I want to try but between Meguiars and Duragloss I really do not see a need to try any of the expensive stuff.

While we're talking about NXT 2.0 I just applied 1 coat of it and Im going to wait about 4 hours before I apply 1 more coat. My question is should I wash the car before the second coat?
