  • Tech Protectant on Engine Bay Plastics ?

    Is it ok to use Tech Protechtant on the black plastic parts in the engine bay ( Not on engine itself )

    Any other Meguiars proucts better ??

    no problemo......

    as a new extra service,i now offer engine detailing as well.
    if you dare i would recommend the following procedure:

    - spray extra all surface cleaner on every dirt you see under the hood.
    - let it stay for a couple of minutes,and brush the dirty parts with a dedicated brush.
    - spray off with a hose or a high pressure washer,be careful around cables and electricty boxes.
    - take a towel and wipe dry.
    - spray nxt on all plastics and hoses,and spread it evenly with another towel.

    that's about it.

          problem I have with NXT on the engine is eveything seems to stick to it... dust cotton and so on but it looks good for a short time.
