I would like to know if the Hot Rims chrome polish is safe to use to polish my windshield. If it is safe, is it effective? I've seen other chrome polishing products state that they also work on glass but I would prefer to use Megs since I need it for my wheels. I saw a thread where Mike said to use the heavy cut cleaner and a terry but I was trying to kill two birds with one stone.

Re: Hot Rims chrome polish on glass?
Don't know if R&D ever did any testing of this product on glass, usually they make dedicated products for dedicated procedures, thus testing of the product on something other then what the product was intended for and formulated for was likely never done.
You could always test in an inconspicuous area and see what happens?
