It's not an official Meguair's recommendation.

The nutshell version is yes, you can and it will work pretty good except you may have to spend some extra time on the glass as it's not intended to be a glass cleaner.

We have glass cleaner for glass, if you're wiping down your car and all you have at your disposal is Quik Detailer then you could wipe down the glass with it just know ahead of time that it's not for glass and my take more wiping to leave a streak-free surface.

As for the other exterior components, you can use Quik Detailer to wipe these down as you're wiping down the paint, quick detailers are for removing light dust, fingerprints and smudges from automotive paints with the intended goal of leaving the paint looking "just detailed", so if you wipe these other components down at the same time you're wiping the paint down it will remove the light dust, fingerprints and smudges but it probably won't leave the surface of these components looking like they were dressed with a dressing as that's not what the product is for.

You should consider Ultimate Quick Detailer or M135 (virtually the same thing). When I run out of UQD, I will be buying a gallon of M135 along with a gallon of Last Touch for claying.
