I use car wash soap with a spoke brush, body brush, and an old lampskin mit. Why let them get so bad that you have the use a chemical? Would you spray a harsh chemical on your paint? (Just kidding) Then again, I prefer clear coated rims. Nice and easy to clean. I just like causing problems.
