i have seen the results for my product poll. now on to more detail. this poped into my head at the store. what would the poll be on wheel care.

This poll would be quite difficult. You need to have two sections for the poll. One section would advertise wheel protectants and wheel waxes. The other section would be for wheel cleaners. But, the problem with wheel cleaners is that some will not work with certain types of wheels. You could try doing the 'best general purpose cleaner' and 'best wheel protectant.'

o kinda to late sorry...is there a way to put like 2 sections of questions in 1 poll becuase that would make things easyer. o and i cut out some wheel cleaners due to some were only for chrome, etc.

I use APC and a sponge(of course mine are plastic HAHA, cheap stock toyota hubcaps). I loveeeeeeeeee hyperdressing on my wheel wells. that is all.

apc on tires and hubcaps,use all season on wheel wells, and i switch off between endurance gel and hot shine on the tires.

I use either #20 or #21 as an LSP on my wheels. I use NXT Car Wash to clean my wheels and all the brake dust comes right off since they have a nice slick finish from the sealant.

Most wheel cleaners will strip any wax or sealant right off, so if you use an LSP on them, I would not use a wheel cleaner unless I was planning on waxing them soon.

I voted Quik Wheel Detailer but its more a combination, I am use car wash soap and water, then follow up with the QWD. I also use a Quik Detailer, kind of depends what I have on hand.

I use quick wheel detailer when there's just light brake dust.

I use #21 regularly to keep them nice and slick and easy to clean.

When I wash the car and they aren't terribly dirty I find that using the same wash bucket I just did the whole car with is fine. I have an old sheepskin mitt dedicated to this task. In this scenario I wash the wheels last.

If the wheels are really bad then I spray 'em down with Multi-Piece wheel cleaner and hit 'em with a brush. In this scenario I wash the wheels first. I will also apply a fresh coat of #21 when I'm done with everything else.

And that's for the PT & Miata.

On the Camaro...............

I have them all but seems like Hot Wheel Multi Piece sticks to wheel better than others, doesn't run. Wheel Face Brush and Multi Piece are the best combo to clean wheels for me.

I LOVE wheel brightner. The brake dust just melts off and I have used it on all sorts of wheels. No question wheel brightner is my No 1 for wheels.

I use Wheel Brightener on my sisters wheels and use All wheel Cleaner on my svt wheels. I must say Wheel Brightener is so strong, so easy to use & so affective on brake dust I'm to scared to use it on my wheels.
