  • New Quik Wax?!

I was at Target recently and saw Quik wax can now be used wet. I had been using Eagle one wax as u dry with Quick and easy wash from Protect all and it makes everything so much quicker not having to back to QD or do windows and leaves a nice shine. When I had used quik wax in the past you had to let it haze, well if your spraying when its wet I assume you would wipe off immediately correct? Anyone used Quik wax while the car is wet and what was your technique and experience with it?
    Thanks

You can apply it wet.You spray it on while the car is wet and start to dry it off and then when you are done drying the section that you started at is ready for a final buff with a clean towel.
        Hopes this helps.

Just bringing this topic back up rather than making new post. Anyone else use quick wax while wet? I recently got to try out eagle one's wax as you dry on a friend's car and if I can get similar performance from Quick Wax, I wouldn't hesitate to go pick some up.

I've used it both ways; wet and dry. My personal preference is to utilize it while dry as it seems to yield a better overall apperance with more clarity and less work honestly. Further, I feel like you get better coverage when applying dry. Again though, there's certainly no problem with applying it wet.

The EO product is decent but, I found it to be a mega-hassle because of streaking on dark colors (my mom's burgandy Avalon).

Try it both ways for yourself and you decide. Either way, you're utilizing a tremendous product that works exceedingly well!
