I just used NXT... After I finished I use some Poorboys Spray and Gloss to wipe off the dust and to help remove the wax from in the cracks....To my surprise the QD streaked....What would have caused the QD to streak on a fresh coat of NXT?

Re: Streaking
The NXT probably hasn't cured yet. Ideally, you want to allow it to cure for 24 hours. I don't think the 24hr wait time is always necessary depending on your environment but you should at least wait a few hours IMO. Wiping off the haze, doesn't mean it has cured because it has to cure chemically. I would try applying another coat of NXT and leaving the car alone for at least half a day.

Also, to use anything on it afterwards, you have to wait even longer!!!!
I just put a coat (number 4 at least) of GC on my 2006 black Corvette--after polishing the hood area with Crystal. Easy on easy off with a cheapy rotary and looks fantastic as Gold Class always does--I've used it since it came out. A few days later, I put a coat of NXT on--by hand this time. Waited the obligatory 30 minutes to wipe it off. Looks great. I wanted the second coat--and will put another on before the cold weather hits, on the hood. I used NXT with the rotary on my wife's brand new G5. Looks great, had to wait to wipe it off. As I've said other times in the forum, I'll stick with Gold Class for my fun car. I used NXT on the Jeep last week, too. Looks great--had to wait to wipe it off. I don't see the improvement over GC with NXT and a lot more waiting...however, I will use it on the other cars. For the Vette, new bottle of Gold Class needed--which NEVER smears. Why change a winner?

Re: Streaking
Like mentioned above once NXT has been wiped off let it sit... one more thing I might mention, if possible try to prevent the vehicle from getting wet for 24 hours as well.Brandon
