  • Compatability

I've read a few posts mentioning compatability of products. As I have not taken very good care of my cars in the past, I am somewhat uneducated in proper steps to getting a great, wet looking, shine.

Do some of you apply a polish, let that cure, then apply a wax? Or something similar involving only wax?

    Any knowledge would be apperciated.

i think that a neglected finish will benefit form a 3 step much better then a single step that way you can concentrate on each single step deep crystal step one paint cleaner is good and then step 2 is a pure polish for a good wet shine and then step 3 is pure carnuba wax to seel in the shine and prtect yuor paint also gold class shampoo and conditioner is great for gental cleaning of yuor finish.

I apply them right after eachother there is no need to let a cleaner or a polish "set-up" like some waxes. Just look on the back of the bottle and it will tell you exactly what to do.

If you are just getting started I would use the Deep Crystal System as mopar mentioned it is the easiest and straight forward and you will get good results. Only thing I don't like about the Deep Crystal System is the durability of step 3 the carnuba wax I seem to only get 3-4 weeks out of the wax, that is why I moved to the NXT it should last much longer.

      Good luck!
