Hi 95nissan,
Welcome to Meguiar's Online!
While ColorX is a strong cleaner/wax, because it's non-abrasive, it is completely safe to use often to maintain your vehicle's finish.
I'm a big fan of ColorX, as well as all of Meguiar's cleaner/waxes. They are the perfect wax for people that own daily drivers, which are parked outside often, or all the time.
The best looking paints are the clearest paints. By clear I mean there are no defects, oxidation, staining, bonded contaminants etc. clouding your view of the color below the clear coat. Because daily drivers are exposed to constant attack by the environment, cleaner/waxes insure the surface remains clean, and thus clear.
Another good cleaner/wax to try is the Meguiar's cleaner/wax in the maroon bottle. This product offers less cleaning ability than the ColorX and instead offers more polishing and protecting ability.
Once you use the ColorX to restore your finish, try using the Meguiar's Cleaner/Wax, or even NXT Tech Wax to take it to a higher level. You can always go back and forth between products as needed also.

Just my two cents. If you are using it twice a month, I'd be thinking about if it's the correct product. I doubt it is unsafe, but I also doubt it's the best product to use. If you ColorX'd your car two weeks ago, how bad could the paint have gotten? It sounds like what you want is more shine and pop when you are reapplying it, so why not try something like NXT or #16 or #26 or MPPP or something with more protection and shine and less cleaning?
